Question: What is Bitchogram.com?
Answer: Bitchogram.com is a website that allows you to send a private anonymous message using email, phone text or a postcard. pssst…they’ll never know its you.

Question: How much does a Bitchogram cost?

Answer: Each Bitchogram is only 0.99c for each email, phone text or postcard (postcards please include postage).

 

Question: How does it work?
Answer: You enter your message and a recipient’s address and bitchogram sends that message through the bitchogram.com mailbox. Please be aware that email and postcard messages are limited to 1000 characters (including spaces) and phone text messages are limited to 160 characters (including spaces).  Try not to copy or paste messages in the text box as sometimes the coding for [Tab], [Enter], and other formatting will appear in the message and count as characters.

Question: Is there a membership to join or use bitchogram.com?
Answer: No

Question: Is this website fun?
Answer: Yes it is…plus it’s fat free!

Question: Does my message have to be a bitch or a complaint?  Can it be nice?
Answer: You have the freedom to write your own personal message whether it is nice or not. The text box allows up to 1000 characters so type away.

Question: What type of messages are good for a bitchogram?
Answer: Bitchograms are perfect for your comments to teachers, friends,family, employer, neighbor, ex-lovers, politicians, companies, anyone who annoys you, etc.  Bitchograms can be practical jokes on friends, last minute birthday cards, invitations - just about anything you want.

Question: Who can I send a bitchogram to?
Answer: Anyone with an email address, a phone that receives text or a mailing address.

Question: Why are the costs for a postcard more than an email or phone text message?
Answer: Postcards require postage and manual handling so an additional fee is assessed to pay for these costs.

Question: Why can’t I write on your blog?
Answer: This blog is only for displaying sent bitchograms that users choose to display on the blog for others to see.

Question: Why do you ask for my email address on the Delivery Receipt?
Answer: In order for you to see a delivery receipt we need a place to send it to you.  Your email address is needed to send you the delivery receipt you requested.

Question: Is my email address or personal information disclosed to the recipient?
Answer: No. All messages are sent from the bitchogram.com mailbox and
shown from bitchogram@bitchogram.com.  We do not collect personal information from our users.

Question: Is my message truly anonymous?
Answer: Absolutely! We do not collect any sender information or email addresses except for the delivery receipt which is only used to send a delivery receipt to the user.

Question: What if I do not have my recipient’s email address?
Answer: Feel free to use a mobile phone number to send your message or we can even mail your message on a postcard to any mailing address you provide in the world.

Question: What if I haven't received an automated response from the "contact us" page?
Answer: That is a result of either not entering your email address or your correct email address as all to which we could reply to.

Question: I did not find an answer to my question on this page.
